As Senior UX Designer for the Clinic Experience, you’ll help us achieve our mission by improving the tools that help our clinics deliver higher quality care, while creating a long-term vision that paints a clear picture of the future of our suite of clinic solutions. 


  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, craftsmanship, and design.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap by articulating a compelling, cohesive UX vision based on clear, prioritized problem/opportunity statements.
  • Own product/feature designs from conception through launch and beyond. Ownership includes UX flows, UI designs in Figma, user testing, writing UI copy, creating design specs for engineers, grooming user stories, and supporting active sprint work.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on clinic workflows and user needs. Define information architecture, develop cohesive UI, and create functional designs for clinician workflows.
  • Remove barriers to providing quality care; streamline and simplify complex workflows, anticipate and answer physician questions by presenting complex data, create data visualizations, and provide patient-insights.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to define clinic experience success metrics, align priorities, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
  • Refine and improve the clinic experience design system.
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
  • Create and maintain clinic demos that can be used by various stakeholders for training or to share with potential clients and partners.
  • Identify and articulate user needs, build prototypes to test, conduct user research, and refine solutions in the face of data and other findings.
  • Share pictures of cute pets, plants, kids, baked goods, or other enticing things (corny jokes and music recommendations also accepted). 


  • 7+ years of experience in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related Design field.
  • Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong appreciation for human-centered design and outstanding customer experiences, and a record of partnership with creative partners
  • History of developing cohesive, compelling strategic visions for experience, product, and service challenges
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating impactful design experience

Base pay range: $120,000/yr - $145,000/yr + 10% Corporate Bonus
