Job Summary:

As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will collaborate with the SVP of the Life Sciences & Pharma team to support Patient Education (PE) programs for our existing clients. You will oversee the successful delivery of all components of our PE programs, which includes working closely with clients to ensure sufficient and effective program setup, monitoring program performance over time, reporting key metrics at regular intervals, and leading renewal discussions. You will represent Navigating Cancer to our pharmaceutical clients, building and nurturing senior-level relationships with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the U.S. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a customer-first approach, a strong drive for excellence, a collaborative team spirit, operational efficiencey, and exceptional communication skills. 

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the value of the Navigating Cancer’s Patient Education (PE) platform to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the PE product offering.
  • Develop and implement new education programs using Navigating Cancer’s PE platform.
  • Support the quality assurance process for all programs to ensure seamless setup and launch.
  • Facilitate and manage the client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for program setup and representation.
  • Monitor the progress of programs, tracking performance against benchmarks from launch onwards.
  • Develop and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and showcase the success and value of educational programs for client brands. 
  • Enhance customer engagement by creating compelling value stories that highlight key performance metrics for monthly intervals, year-in-review presentations, and other requested timeframes.
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering, etc.) to improve patient education product offerings.
  • Contribute positively to the company culture.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical consulting preferred.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, maturity, and proactive initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make a strong impact on senior-level decision-makers and clients.
  • Prior experience with pharmaceutical claims, EMR and/or other Real World Data preferred
  • Capable of critical data analysis.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to document processes and maintain comprehensive customer records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Base Annual Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 + 10% Corporate Bonus
